The problem: Due to the COVID-pandemic Douglas closed around one in five stores in Europe, 60 in Germany and which leads to a dismissal of 600 employees. In 2017 they revealed the #FORWARDBEAUTY.DigitalFirst strategy. This includes social responsibility, corporate and environmental responsibility. Our product fully follows this strategy and will improve the online services in the post COVID environment where people are using more and more online services.
 
The solution: Skin consulting from home. By reading out the skin texture and providing product suggestions we solve the problem of ignorance about the own skin. Everyone with an internet access can use it and the mask is famous for its simple use.
