Start-ups and founding personalities are the starting point of every company. However, business plans, business models and successful growth play a central role in the management of all young companies. All these topics were analyzed and further developed in the practice-oriented project based on a concrete business model of a real company.
 
Tasks included: the analysis of the most lucrative products (ABC and utility value analysis), the evaluation and selection of suppliers, the analysis for the decision of in-house or external production and the final presentation of the results and the recommendations for action for the company.
